Lance Tigyer, D.O.
Dr. Tigyer specializes in the surgical treatment of spinal conditions involving the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Conditions he typically treats include cervical and lumbar disc herniations, osteoporotic compression fractures, spinal stenosis, spondylolistheses, tumors, fractures and instability, among others.

After earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Tigyer completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then gained his spine specialty training through a spine surgery fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania/Pennsylvania Hospital.

Dr. Tigyer has a strong interest in the use of minimally invasive surgical techniques. He is a frequent lecturer on the treatment of spinal conditions, and has written on various aspects of spinal surgery.
